Meet candidates online on Wednesday, Aug 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
A candidate listing and ZOOM link will be presented in the Call to Conference released at the end of June.
First Timer Training
First-time attendees receive information online on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM about the conference business, workshops, and general logistics. Attend the D4 Conference and be prepared to engage, learn, and meet members from other clubs. A ZOOM link will be sent to you before the meeting.
Club Delegate(s) Training
Club delegate(s) will receive online training on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM to ensure you are aware of and understand the protocol, rules of procedure, and other relevant information as a representative of your club. A ZOOM link will be sent to you before the meeting.
D4 Elections
Club delegates will be asked to vote online from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, 9:00 AM to Saturday, September 20, 2025, 11:55 PM for the 2026-2028 District 4 Board and Nominating Committee.

What’s happening at Zonta International and election results for the 2026-2028 board and officers. The keynote speaker will be inspirational. Workshop sessions will dive deeper into Mentoring, Alliance building, Is your club ticking all the boxes for efficiency?, and sustainability isn’t just about recycling
Socialize
With fellow Zonta members, district board and committees. Enjoy dinner and hear Samara Zafar, then dance or hang out for the remainder of the evening. Wish to continue the weekend? Opt in for Saturday evening at the Shaw Theatre and possibly plan an additional day in the region.

Choose your club delegate(s) for the 59th District 4 Conference. This is the opportunity for clubs to participate in amending the D4 Rules of Procedure and preparing for the coming biennium. Don’t be left out! Everyone has a voice in Zonta, whether within the club, district or Zonta International.
Build Relations
Engaging in district business is only a small part of our conference. Learning, having fun, and meeting new people is often what will strengthen your connection to Zonta. Take this opportunity to build relationships with members from two US States and Ontario, Canada!
