PANCAKE BREAKFAST PROCEEDS BENEFIT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS
As an event during the 16 Days of Activism, the Zona Club of Kenmore held a pancake breakfast with Santa on December 3. The proceeds from this breakfast were entirely directed to Domestic Violence Programs.
Families from the community enjoyed pancakes made by Kenmore Zonta members and served by members along with young volunteers from BOCES. Children were able to visit Santa and make holiday crafts with help from BOCES students.
This was a fun community event for everyone while also bringing awareness to the problem of Domestic Violence and helping the survivors as well.
