The Center Street Bridge in Oil City, PA is ORANGE!! The Franklin – Oil City Zonta Club is currently honoring 16 Days of Activism, which runs from November 25 to December 10 each year. The Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign takes local, national, and international actions to influence the making and implementation of laws, as well as changing gender-based attitudes and behaviors to end violence against women.
