D4 Nominating – Building a strong club starts with you!

The D4 Nominating Committee would like to invite Club Presidents, Vice President and Club Nominating Chair for a discussion on the future leadership of District 4 on November 19 at 7 pm via Zoom.

The discussion will focus on;

• the basics of the D4 nominating process and your role
• tips on recruiting while creating a succession plan
• how to inspire members
• feedback from clubs on barriers faced in recruiting
• lessons learned
