The Zonta Club of the Corry Area held its annual scholarship presentation July 24 at Mead Park.
At left, scholarship committee member Shirley Heitzenrater presents a $1,000 check to college student Keira Knight while, at right, scholarship committee member Sandy Zeaman presents a $1,000 check to Corry High School graduate Makenna Moore. Missing from photo are high school scholarship recipients Jordan Fox and Tenley Janes.
The club also contributes $1,000 annually for an adult scholarship through the Corry Higher Education Council. This year, the money went for two $500 adult scholarships.
